We require that you have a professional attitude, strong work ethics and excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to "customer first" approach. You must have experience in the related fields of the opportunity you are applying for as well as computer software skills and working knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel and word) and point of sale and data entry.

Enterprise Manager
This newly created job opportunity includes:
* Lead Management & Control
* Processing of all new & used boat sales
* Sell extended warranty & insurance programs
* Handle & execute all boat licensing & registrations
* Processing all new warranties
* Processing all sales rebates. 2/parts manager/service advisor
This is a full time position, and requires related 3 years experience.
Parts manager / Service Advisor
Highlights of this function are:
* Complete inventory control
* Retail Sales in marine parts and accessories
* Technicians Parts delivery & control
* Service writer/warranty specialist/ service advisor
This is a full time position, and requires 5 years of related experience.
Warranty Administrator/ Service Advisor
Responsibilities will encompass:
* Processing all warranty claims in a superior timely manner.
* Adjudicate all warranty requests with manufacturers
* Inventory management of all returned and new parts requests
This could be a seasonal position.
Yard Controller
This demanding high energy position includes:
* Coordinate all boat deliveries, both daily and weekly scheduling
* Oversee all yard and delivery personal, from boat cleaners to drivers
* Manage and maintain all vehicles
* Ensure health and safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
* Control movement of all boats from shop bays to cleaning to delivery.
* Ensure proper condition of boats before delivery.
This could be a seasonal position.
Certified Marine Consultant
This is a new sales position selling the best brands in North America:
* Selling the products lines in both our retail store and boat shows & other special events.
* Development and maintaining prospect & current customers base.
This is a full time position, and 5 years of related sales experience is an asset.
Certified Technicians
With an 8 service bay facility and expanded new boat brands we require:
* Licensed mechanics who enjoy the fast pace highly technologically advanced marine industry.
* This opportunity requires some knowledge in the operation and maintenance of marine engines
and auxiliary equipment and experience with Volvo, Mercury and Yamaha equipment.
* Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.
* Season work requires extra days during the summer season.
This is a full time position with some seasonal layoff, and requires 5 years of related experience.
CSI Administrator / Receptionist
This is a dual function opportunity covering:
* Follow-up with all new boat customers utilizing various formats.
* Data mining to new customer base for CSI reporting
- First line of communication with all customers on the phone or in person
- Retail sales in marine accessories
This is a seasonal position. Retail experience is an asset
